• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom (unless a specific competition states otherwise).
• Our employees, their families, and anyone professionally connected with a competition may not enter.
• Entries made through bots, scripts or third parties are void.
• We may ask you to confirm your age and identity before a prize is handed over. If you cannot, we may declare the entry void and redraw.

• Choose a competition, answer the skill question, select how many tickets you want (up to 500 per order) and pay the ticket price shown.
• Payment is taken securely by card via Stripe. Your entry is confirmed only once payment has cleared and ticket numbers are allocated.
• Ticket numbers are assigned automatically and shown on your confirmation.
• You may place more than one order. There is no overall limit per person unless the competition page states one.

Every competition includes a question that tests skill, knowledge or judgement. Answering it correctly is a condition of entry. Entries with an incorrect answer are not entered into the draw. This is what makes each competition a lawful prize competition and not a lottery.

No purchase is necessary. You can enter any competition free of charge by post, and there is no limit on how many separate postal entries you may send, so the free route is never more restricted than the paid one. See the Postal (Free) Entry Route. Postal entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries. We allocate your ticket number and email it to you.

• Each competition shows the total number of tickets available and the closing / draw date.
• A competition closes at the stated draw date or when all tickets are sold, whichever is first.
• We may extend a competition or, where the minimum viable number of entries is not reached, extend it, draw early, or cancel it and refund paid entries (see section 10).

After a competition closes, the winner is selected at random from all valid entries (paid and postal) using a random number generator. Draws are carried out publicly (e.g. by live stream) on the date shown for each competition.

To keep every draw transparent, each competition has a public entry list showing all ticket numbers alongside the entrant's name and town/city (never your full address, email or phone). By entering, you agree to your name and town/city being displayed there.

• The prize is the one shown on the competition page, or its stated cash alternative where one is offered.
• We will arrange delivery or transfer of the prize with the winner. Unless stated otherwise, insurance, road tax, registration and running costs after handover are the winner's responsibility.
• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified. If we cannot contact the winner or the prize is unclaimed within a reasonable period, we may redraw.
• We aim to hand over or deliver the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their details and passing our age and identity check.
• If we still cannot reach a winner after a redraw, the prize may be offered again in a future competition.

We will contact the winner using the email address and/or phone number provided. By entering, you agree that, if you win, your first name and last initial (and, with your consent, your image) may be published on our website and social channels to demonstrate the draw was genuine.

• Entries are non-refundable once a competition has been drawn.
• If we cancel a competition before the draw, paid entrants will be refunded the ticket price paid.
• We may void entries and withhold prizes where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, cheating or a breach of these terms.
• Your entry goes into a draw on a fixed date, so you agree that our service starts immediately and the 14 day right to cancel an online purchase no longer applies once the draw has taken place. Before the draw, contact us and we will cancel an unused entry and refund it.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to enter the relevant competition.

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you enter applies to that entry.
• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Complaints: email us with COMPLAINT in the subject line, together with your ticket number. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 28 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to the courts.
